Responsibilities :

As a Clinical Manager RN , you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a supportive and empowering work environment.

Your duties will include :

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in clinical care
• Leading quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of patient care services.

Qualifications :

In terms of qualifications, you should possess the following :

• A valid registered nurse RN license in Ohio
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting with a strong emphasis on team building and staff development.
