Your future team :
As Electrical Engineer you participate in all phases of projects, from initial specifications and design to test, commissioning and after service.
Your assignments can vary from small machine deliveries and support cases to participation in large Green field factory projects on a global scale.
What you will be doing :
- You support electrical design activities within one or more of these areas
- MV and LV power distribution
- Process control system layout / design / dimensioning
- Electrical panels
- Safe functions
- Test planning
- You execute electrical implementation from initial phase to hand-over including planning, coordination within the team and external suppliers and you secure the quality of the deliveries and the electrical documentation package.
- You support electrical design activities within one or more of these areas
- Besides acting in various projects, you will be driving improvement initiatives within electrical design of ROCKWOOL melting plants.
- Travel to and from Europe for long periods of time.

Furthermore, we expect you to bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or other relevant background
- 5+ years of proven experience preferably within electrical design and building of manufacturing plants providing highly automated high-volume production
- Experience with Electrical design and documentation in CAD software. Preferably in ePlan.
- A technically well-versed personality that enjoys technical analysis and problem-solving sometimes involving advanced processes and complex regulated systems
- Ability to communicate efficiently to international colleagues across all levels in the organization.
Experience with requirements in NFPA 79 and UL 508A is an advantage.
