Project Manager III - Commercial HVAC
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager III with extensive experience in Commercial HVAC systems to oversee complex projects across various sectors, including hospitals, data centers, and universities.
The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and foster effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices for safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct and attend job meetings
- Manage conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades, or Partners.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects in the commercial space directly working with HVAC Subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience with hospitals or data centers is a huge PLUS
