At ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Branford, CT, we're in the people helping business. Our goal is to help folks who have experienced a significant property loss due to flood, fire, or natural disaster restore their lives and property to the place they were before their loss.
We're a locally owned regional restoration and reconstruction specialist, and we're seeking a results-driven outside sales representative to focus on the reconstruction aspects of the business.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience and a strong local network, but not necessarily someone with extensive experience in this industry.
We need someone who will actively seek out and engage prospective customers and will provide those prospects with solutions that will ease their pain.

we want to do it with empathy as well as urgency. And we want to share the rewards of that growth with you.Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Seek out new customers through networking, previous relationships, trade events, cold calling, etc.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in order to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve reasonable and agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate and manage the company's digital marketing program.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements :
- A commitment to the best customer service in the industry.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Working knowledge of MS Office or Word Perfect Office.
- Expertise in digital marketing
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with willingness and ability to master ServiceMaster’s proprietary CRM software
- Ability to build productive professional business relationships
- Ability to prioritize and manage time which means excellent organizational skills
Compensation : $60,000.00 per year base plus competitive commission structure. Hours are flexible and some work from home is possible.
