What We're Looking For :

Leadsand directs both Consultants and Consulting Associates. Works as an individualcontributor within the Thrivence team to develop work products, leads specificproject initiatives, and acts as a subject matter expert on consultingprojects.

Responsibilities

• Daily activities include but are not limited to framing issues,problem-structuring, optimizing client processes, developing go-to-marketstrategies, and change management.
• Participate in theexecution of the marketing and business development plan.
• Analyzes & interprets data.
• Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments ormeetings.

Education & Experience Qualifications :

• MBA or other Master's degree in a business-related subject area OR 3-5+ years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources.
• Applies practical knowledge through progressive experience to resolve issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
• Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skills and attributes
• Ability to work independently within a team environment
