We're looking for a Principal People Business Partner to support and partner closely with senior partners in planning, and building the people strategy for our operations team.
You will work with centers of expertise across the global People Team for delivery of people programs. You will be a consultant to management on people-related issues, acting as an employee champion.
You will be based in the United States, but serve global teams, and you will report to the Vice President for People Business Partners.
You Will :
- Work with our centers of expertise across the global People Team to deliver people programs in consideration of our needs.
- Includes leadership capability, people development, organizational design, performance management, change management, talent management, talent acquisition, culture, and total rewards.
- Gain credibility quickly and tailor solutions using business literacy about our financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
- Partner with leaders and their direct reports to improve work relationships, build morale, ensure an inclusive culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Consult with leaders to develop metrics, analytics, and insights to tailor interventions to people's performance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues discreetly.
- Provide mentorship, lead projects, improve processes, and roll up sleeves to do what's needed to ensure excellent service and results.
- Be ready to serve employees in 52 countries (and growing) and consult regional experts.
You Have :
- 8+ years HR experience with direct experience as a Business Partner supporting senior leaders
- Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills, including influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and practical application in a global setting.
- Flex between strategy and hands-on implementation.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. This role may be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, flexible time off, health care benefits, retirement savings, and employee incentive plans.
