Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Wayne, NJ. We need someone who can move our storage warehouse operations forward!

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

As our Sr. Warehouse Manager, you'll work full-time, with shifts typically running from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday .

However, flexibility is key-your hours may vary, and we'll need you to be available for weekends or late shifts when business requires it.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Sr. Warehouse Manager, you'll jump into action managing the heart of our operations. You will lead by example, spending 70% of your time in the warehouse overseeing inventory, safety compliance, and fleet maintenance, while 30% of your time will be spent in the office, handling planning, scheduling, and dispatching tasks.

You'll ensure that equipment is maintained and operational while managing the safety and compliance aspects in coordination with the national safety department.

Your day-to-day activities will be hands-on operating forklifts, managing operational costs, and guiding your team.

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Sr. Warehouse Manager OR 3+ years as a Warehouse Manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Experience as a hands-on manager is preferred. The ability to operate forklifts, preferably a reach truck or cherry picker, is also ideal!
