We areseeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our teamas a Cruise Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible forcoordinating cruise vacations for our clients working closely withall major cruise suppliers to secure the best deals andexperiences.
You will assist clients in selecting the perfectcruise itinerary booking cabins arranging transportation to andfrom ports and providing exceptional customer service throughoutthe booking process.

Responsibilities :
- Workclosely with all major cruise suppliers to secure the best dealsand promotions for ourclients.
- Assist clients in selectingthe perfect cruise itinerary based on their preferences andbudget.
- Book cabins coordinatetransportation to and from ports and arrange any additionalservices requested byclients.
- Provide personalizedservice and expert advice to clients ensuring their cruiseexperience exceedsexpectations.
- Handle clientinquiries resolve issues and provide support before during andafter their cruise vacation.
- Stayinformed about industry trends new cruise destinations and specialpromotions to better assist clients and drivesales.
- Maintain accurate records ofbookings payments and client interactions
Requirements :
- Mustbe 18 years of age or older.
- Musthave work authorization in the USA Mexico andAustralia.
- Previous experience inthe travel industry or customer service rolepreferred.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Strongattention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Proficiency in usingcomputer systems and bookingsoftware.
- Reliable internetconnection and access to a quietworkspace.
- Passion for travel andhelping others create memorableexperiences.
