As a Contents Coordinator with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients!

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Management : Ensure job files are organized and smoothly moved to appropriate stages.
• Manage Contents Schedule (Scheduling) / Calendar :
• Internal Communication : Communicate with internal teams to set expectations and align on start dates, finish dates, etc.
• External Communication : Schedule subcontract work, communicate with customers, etc.
• Insurance : Communicate with adjusters to obtain approvals, supplements, etc.
• Invoicing / Collections : Once approvals are obtained, invoice requests and follow up on accounts receivable to ensure we are paid by insurance or customers.
• Manage Storage : Ensure storage is managed properly, including internal vaults and external storage (extensions, billing, etc.).
• Contract Management : Verify all necessary contracts are executed in a timely manner

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the restoration industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Compensation is based on experience. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.

to 5 : 00 p.m. Benefits include group health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.

Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, have reliable transportation, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and pass a background check.
