Job Overview
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager II to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our thrift stores.
This role is crucial in supporting our mission through effective retail management and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff hiring, training, and supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to meet production and sales goals
- Oversee store maintenance and appearance
- Develop customer retention plans and create an enjoyable shopping experience
- Manage recordkeeping and reporting procedures
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager on budgeting and operations
- Support work therapy programs for beneficiaries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration, retail sales, or marketing (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in staff management and development
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
