Responsibilities Plans, organizes, designs, and delivers educational programs for healthcare professionals, clinicians and other staff.

Develops and implements role-specific orientation and staff development programs including but not limited to, new hire education and competencies as well as annual education and competencies.

Analyzes data and identifies trends through surveys, feedback and analysis of performance metrics to continuously improve educational programs and resources.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and revise training materials, including presentations, manuals and on-line resources.

Aligns training programs with business needs and goals to prioritize assignments accordingly. Stays updated on industry trends, standards, advancements, regulations, policies, corporate initiatives and current technologies.

Maintains records of training programs. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams regarding clinical educational programs, materials and resources.

Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse.

Bachelor's degree in nursing. Five years' experience in hospice or hospice clinical operations. Five years' experience in clinical education development and / or master's degree in education or nursing education (i.

e., MSN-nursing education). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment. Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred Master's degree in healthcare, education, business or related field.

Experience in HCHB software and / or home health / hospice documentation software systems. Proficiency in utilizing various remote educational technologies and learning management systems.

Certified hospice and palliative nurse. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Strong Microsoft 365 experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
