You will plan & coordinate different programs aimed at driving positive change within our community at Squarespace. Reporting to the Manager of Inclusion & Impact, you will partner with ERGs, employee volunteers, & members of the internal people team to plan & implement events that foster a diverse & inclusive working environment for Squarespace employees worldwide.

This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office.

You'll Get To

  • Facilitate & enhance existing programs, including employee resource groups (ERGs), to support the needs & interests of different groups within the organization & foster a culture of belonging.
  • Design & implement inclusion-related events including workshops, training sessions, & volunteering opportunities with partner organizations, including logistics, participant recruitment & communication, & on-site support.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition & Talent Brand teams to amplify our efforts internally & externally.
  • Lead campaigns that raise awareness about D&I programs, using storytelling to engage & inspire both internal & external audiences.
  • Use data to identify trends & shape into relevant insights that produce measurably successful programs.

  • Maintain documentation across multiple locations; internal documentation, presentations, aliases to ensure correct information is available to employees about the Inclusion & Impact & our programs.
  • Liaise between ERG leaders, external vendors, & our finance team to manage the procurement process & pay vendors promptly.
  • Be the point person between employees & external partners such as non-profit organizations & our donation matching tool, Bright Funds.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends & best practices in D&I, bringing ideas to the organization to enhance its inclusion efforts.

Who We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience working in diversity, inclusion, & social impact at a technology company with experience in planning & launching successful internal programs.
  • Passionate about D&I with experience driving impactful D&I programs in complex organizations.
  • Experience analyzing numerical data, & translating analyses into meaningful recommendations to inform decisions & accomplish measurable outcomes
  • Can juggle multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery. Experience keeping interested parties informed of deadlines & impactful changes.

Communicate often to manage change with empathy

  • Experience working with employee resource groups (ERGs) & diverse communities
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, & best practices related to D&I

Cash Compensation Range : $85,500 - $120,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
