Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR & Talent to join our fast-paced FinTech company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both hands-on recruiting and strategic HR management within the startup ecosystem.

This role is pivotal in driving FINSYNC's growth and success by building and nurturing a high-performing team that embodies our innovative spirit.

As the Head of HR & Talent, you will be the architect of our people strategy, aligning it closely with FINSYNC's mission to empower entrepreneurs.

Your role will be multifaceted, requiring you to wear many hats and adapt quickly in our rapidly evolving environment. You'll be expected to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring that our HR initiatives directly support our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports FINSYNC's business objectives and growth plans
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding, to attract top talent in the fintech industry
  • Design and implement innovative employee development programs, including leadership training, skill-building initiatives, and career progression pathways
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people-related matters
  • Manage a compensation and benefits process that supports employees
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with FINSYNC's values and promotes employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and recognize excellence
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent and team needs and provide strategic HR support
  • Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and improve data management and organization
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement processes
  • Oversee the HR budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles, with at least 3 years in tech startups as an HR leader
  • Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles
  • Strong understanding of strategic HR practices, including performance management and employee relations
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
