The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing department through the organization and distribution of branded material, content management, project tracking, event coordination, and vendor relations.
This role ensures that all marketing assets, promotional items, and digital content align with BEC’s brand standards and are effectively utilized across platforms.

Brand Material Management
- Order, distribute, and organize BEC-branded materials.
- Manage manufacturer-provided marketing materials.
- Oversee company stationery (business cards, notepads, email signatures).
- Coordinate apparel allowances, bulk orders, and manage distribution of promotional items and decals for employee vehicles.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Facilitate marketing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Project Management Tools
- Manage Meistertask to track and update marketing projects.
- Oversee communications on the Spectrio platform.
Google Platform Management
- Maintain and update Google Business Profiles.
- Oversee Google Reviews and manage the company's online reputation.
Content & Asset Management
- Maintain and update a structured content storage system with organized tagging and metadata.
- Ensure consistent branding in asset usage across internal and external channels.
- Track content versions, permissions, and usage rights to comply with licensing standards.
Content Repurposing & Updates
- Identify opportunities to repurpose content (e.g., converting blog posts into videos
- Audit and update digital content to align with current branding and data.
Tradeshows, Sponsorships, and Events
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, such as Equipment Expo and WWETT Shows.
- Plan and manage customer events to ensure brand alignment and engagement.
- Oversee sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
Vendor and Partner Relations
- Manage vendor relationships for apparel and promotional items.
- Oversee the procurement and organization of marketing materials from manufacturers.
