Job Description
General Responsibilities :
- Assist Office Manager and Department Managers with special projects / tasks
- Follow-up with clients on pending proposals
- Geotechnical Department :
- Proposals
- Register all proposals and save documents in proposal folder
- Draft proposal per Engineer direction for content
- May include Pricing Tool entry
- Generate contract document (Agreement, Task Order, Supplement)
- Assemble final proposal after Engineer edits
Projects :
- Draft Exploration Package for review by Engineer
- Maintain Project Milestones in PX
- Generate all invoices with limits
- Draft report template per Engineer direction for content
- Upload deliverables to CDW for APR review / approval
Materials Department :
- Proposals
- Register all proposals and download / save documents in proposal folder
- Draft proposal per Project Manager direction for content
- May include Pricing Tool entry
- Generate contract document (Agreement, Task Order, Supplement)
- Assemble final proposal after Project Manager edits
Provide assistance on Projects
- Update plans and specs
- Help generate invoices for Project Manager to review
- Upload reports to client websites
Manage Technician training records and help on lab calibrations
- Update Quality Manual
- Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
- Manage process and reporting
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 2 years' related experience.
Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years' related experience.
Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
