As a General Manager at Team Primo’s Ben & Jerry’s, you're the CEO of your scoop shop or catering and events business. You'll be responsible for growing your people, expanding your customer base, managing costs, and protecting the brand's reputation.

You’ll also engage deeply with the local community to personalize every experience. This role demands multitasking skills and the ability to handle various aspects of the business simultaneously, aligning with our ethos, If It’s Not Fun, Why Do It.

We serve up peace, love, equity, and ice cream, and we're looking for a friendly, people-oriented leader to help us deliver a world-class experience throughout the Southeastern United States.

Key Performance Outcomes :

Drive business performance, including managing sales targets, margin goals, and operational costs.

Develop and manage a high-performing team, ensuring all members are aligned with the company’s values and goals.

Enhance community engagement and uphold the brand's commitment to social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-time management of the business with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Oversee the integration, training, and development of team members.

Maintain operational excellence in both in-store and off-premise settings.

Implement strategic business and marketing plans as directed by upper management.

Other duties as assigned.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
