This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Point of Care Coordinator in technical day to day operations of hospital point of care lab testing.
The position is also responsible for the daily Quality Assurance and Compliance activities at their assigned campus. This includes, coordinating, training and controlling point of care testing throughout the assigned campus in which they are assigned in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.

Required qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Lab science or medical technology.
- Upon hire : National Medical Technologist - American Medical Technologists Or
- Upon hire : National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Medical Technologists Or
- Upon hire : National Medical Technologist - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
- Upon hire : National Medical Laboratory Technician - American Society for Clinical Pathology Or
- Upon hire : National Medical Laboratory Scientist - American Society for Clinical Pathology
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist
Preferred qualifications :
- 1 year of Leadership and / or Point of Care testing experience.
- Experience working directly with clinical staff, supervisors, managers and physicians in a hospital setting.
- Background experience with emphasis in client service.
