The Role
- This position is open in multiple office locations, including Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, and Dallas.
- As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, manage significant client relationships, and contribute to impactful legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in complex corporate and transactional matters within the Finance & Banking sector.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and financial instruments.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on finance-related issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on large-scale transactions and advisory projects.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and enhance its reputation in the market.
Job Requirements :
- 3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience in Finance & Banking.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues.
- A strong academic background with a degree from a reputable law school.
- Admission to practice in the jurisdiction of the intended office location.
