The File Clerk is responsible for organizing and filing confidential company documents. The goal of this project is to prepare paper files for long term storage and retreival.
Open paper files and ensure that the contents of each file is related to the name on the file
Box the paper files for long term storage
Re-file any misfiled documents into the correct file
Log the names of the files in the appropriate spreadsheet
Report progress daily to project supervisor
May need to lift heavy boxes of up to 50 pounds.
Ability to enter data into Google Sheets, save and print files.
Basic computer literacy.
Willingness to work alone.
Prior experience working with confidential information.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, and a willingness to ask questions when necessary.
