Volt is immediately hiring for Process Specialist at Moline, IL
As a Process Specialist, you will
- Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrolment)
- Manage inquires that come in through a centralized tool
- Assist in creation of team presentations and communications (PPT, video, etc).
- Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities
- Support continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
- Present information to dealers in small groups
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements :
- BA- Business management / Accounting / related field
- 1+ years of Administrative or Accountant support experience
- Intermediate level with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications : (not must have)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Experience working with Dealership / suppliers
Duration : 21 Months
Location : Wichita, KS OR Quad Cities OR Des Moines, IA
Pay Range : $26 to $32 Per hour.
Shift : 1st Shift (M-F)
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
