Business Analyst I - Process Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Volt is immediately hiring for Process Specialist at Moline, IL

As a Process Specialist , you will

• Complete training requests in learning management system (examples include creating scheduled offerings, closing offerings, assisting with enrolment)
• Manage inquires that come in through a centralized tool
• Assist in creation of team presentations and communications (PPT, video, etc).
• Support in creating marketing materials to promote training opportunities
• Support continuous improvement, maintain optimization tools & resources
• Present information to dealers in small groups
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements :

• BA- Business management / Accounting / related field
• 1+ years of Administrative or Accountant support experience
• Intermediate level with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications : (not must have)

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience working with Dealership / suppliers

Duration : 21 Months

Location : Wichita, KS OR Quad Cities OR Des Moines, IA

Pay Ra nge : $26 to $32 Per hour.

Shift : 1st Shift (M-F)

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
