Process Manager / Quality Manager
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm
Salary : $60,000+ (depends on experience level)
Location : Dayton Ohio
Experience : 5 years in Quality Management within Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage customer complaints and work towards effective resolution and prevention of future issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in wire harness assembly.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is a plus.
