In this work-from-home role, you'll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls - no cold calling, nomission! You'll assist customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their needs.
Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we'll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on the customer.

This is a remote position; preferred candidates live within the state of Maryland .
Bilingual Spanish / English positions are also available.
Must-have qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- OR A minimum of two years post-secondary education
Bilingual Spanish / English candidates are encouraged to apply : Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)
Training starts September 2024
Schedule : Three schedule options to choose from, all schedules include a weekend day
Work from home office requirements
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law

- All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
- Gainshare bonus up to 8% - 16% (depending on position) of your eligible earnings based onpany performance
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
- Performance-based rewards
- Additional $ if you are fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual role
