Role : Business Analyst- Functional BA
Interview Process : Virtual Interview via MS Teams video with any 2nd rounds to be held onsite in Lansing. Candidates must be willing to conduct face-to-face interview.
For virtual, please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.

Good requirement elicitation skills, analytical skills, and ability to understand the bigger picture.
Ability to prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.
Multitask as tester if needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to write basic SQL queries.
Experience in Agile methodology.
Knowledge of IBM Middleware solutions is a plus.
Experience in training junior BA is a plus.
