We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Preceptor to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to new hire clinicians during hospice visits, facilitating their learning experience and ensuring competency in their responsibilities.
Additionally, you will conduct patient home visits in accordance with physicians' orders and lead orientation programs for new nurses, covering various clinical policies and procedures.

Requirements :
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience
- Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in the assigned work state
