Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into customers portal
- Manage day-to-day relationships
- Email inquiries and requestsManage and maintain assigned project calendarsPhone inquiriesCreate and manage various excel cost, sales and information tracking reports.
Appropriate follow-upMaintain internal data base
- Prepare CEO for sales calls and conduct appropriate follow-up.Fine tune PowerPoint decks & pricing
- LogisticsCommunicate shipments & shipment deliveries
- AnalysisYTD versus previous year analysis
Education :
High school diploma required.
Experience :
- 2+ years office environment experience
- 2+ years data organization and entry experience
- Impeccable verbal communication and writing skills
