Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Traveling Field Service Technician for a family-run, faith-based beverage company! Travel the country while handling maintenance and light mechanic tasks.

This is a direct hire position!
Salary
$40,000- $ 45,000 annually , based on experience.
Other Incentives
$35 daily per diem
$125 per night hotel allowance
Company-provided vehicle
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Saturday (off o n Sundays)
3 weeks on the road followed by one week of paid time off
Traveling Preventive Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Embark on nationwide traveling to perform routine maintenance on food and beverage products.
- Explore new locations while following a set schedule of service calls.
- Tackle maintenance orders with full independence and ownership of each task.
- Install, replace, or upgrade machine parts and attachments with precision and skill.
- Keep equipment in peak condition and record your progress using company software.
- Execute top-notch preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
- Apply lubricants or other materials ensuring machines operate flawlessly!
Traveling Preventive Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to travel nationwide 100% of the time.
- Strong mechanical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in detailing, assembly, and food / beverage equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule and own hand tools required.
- Drug screening, background check, and driving record search at hire.
