We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our continued growth and success.

Qualifications :

Do you have what it takes to lead with confidence and drive operational excellence?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, driving organizational change, and motivating members in a senior leadership role for a minimum of 5 years.
  • 4 years of estimating experience. Field-related technical experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or relevant experience at a 1 : 1 ratio.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the principles, best practices, and techniques relevant to the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret information to find appropriate solutions to issues and initiate alternatives to ensure effective change and / or mitigate potential negative effects.

What you will do :

  • Oversee daily field and office operations while working in tandem with our foremen to ensure successful project execution.
  • Successfully decipher blueprints and job site conditions, providing detailed estimates.
  • Collaborate with the business development manager to continue marketing efforts.
  • Foster deep connections with potential clientele and current partners, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
  • Work with the office administrator to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive advancement, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends within the drywall industry

The specific responsibilities shall vary based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $ 80,000.00- $90,000.00 per annum, based on experience
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday in-person and on the road (SD County)
  • Time Off : 5 personal and 5 sick days per calendar year, plus 6 major holidays
  • Reimbursements : Gasoline for local travel
