Marine Technician Responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- The Marine Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining marine engines and equipment
- This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for the marine industry
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on marine engines and systems
- Use tools such as calipers, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Assemble and disassemble marine equipment as needed
- Conduct electrical work on boats and marine systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Marine / Boat Technician Qualifications :
- Previous experience in marine engine repair or related field
- Proficiency in using calipers, ohmmeters, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues on boats
- Strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset
- Experience in assembling and maintaining marine equipment
