WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The Activities Coordinator is a non-exempt position responsible for the planning and execution of diverse activities encompassing physical education, recreational, vocational, religious, and group activities.
- Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of youth activities from conception to implementation to include pricing, transportation, food arrangements, scheduling, staff ratios, dissemination of activities, and maintaining communicating with Program Leaders to keep them informed.
- Monitor cameras and upkeep of camera logs.
- Monitor and ensure supplies are sufficient for activities.
- Research possible providers to serve and address children’s needs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Experience working with children.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the capacity to communicate seamlessly in both languages.
- Proof of Immunization for : Varicella (2 doses), MMR (2 dose), Influenza (1 dose yearly), Tdap (1 dose).
- Must have a valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance coverage.
