Primary Duties : Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance policies.

Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals. Maintain all current licensing, agency, and carrier compliance requirements.

Qualifications : Licensing : Ability to apply for and hold a resident Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia, or hold a resident license in Florida, Ohio, or South Carolina, and a non-residential license for Georgia.

Coachability : A willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new challenges. Self-Reliance : Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Business-Centric Attitude : Ability to work with dedication, knowing you are building a better future for yourself and your clients.

Experience : No prior experience in insurance sales is required, we encourage candidates from diverse work backgrounds to apply.
