Who You Are
5+ years as an Attorney
Labor and Employment litigation experience
Experience participating in moot court and / or law review or law journals
Wage and Hour, PAGA, Class Action
Experience with defense
CA Bar in good standings
Juris Doctorate
What You Will Be Doing
Litigation will generally consist of single-plaintiff EEO litigation; PAGA; and class action wage and hour litigation
Work on litigation and matters for a wide range of clients
- Depending upon experience, attorneys are involved in one or more of the following : pre-complaint investigation; case analysis;
- strategy drafting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; motions and other court appearances; administrative matters before the DLSE, NLRB, DFEH, OSHA;
union negotiations and relations; assisting in arbitration and trials; and client development
