What We’re Looking For We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Homecare to join us in the development and growth of Shell Point’s Private Pay, Non-Skilled Home Care Agency.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to our residents on Shell Point’s 800 acre campus minimal travel outside of Shell Point campus.
This position includes both office and field responsibility to include, but not limited to, the following duties : conducting staff onboarding, training and in-services, emergency visits, and the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
The Director of Homecare will also be responsible for overseeing all of the homecare staff. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience with a Certified Home Health Agency and will be committed to the expansion and success of Home Care Services at Shell Point.
