Description :

ttg Talent Solutions is seeking Product Acceptance Specialists for a leading aerospace company. In this role, you will verify product conformance to design requirements, conduct audits, and monitor quality standards.

Key responsibilities include identifying and documenting discrepancies, controlling non-conforming items, and reviewing products with customers.

You'll inspect incoming materials, verify certifications, and use tools like micrometers, gauge controls, and calipers. Additionally, you'll mentor the Inspection team and help drive corrective actions for non-conformance issues.

Responsibilities :

• Actively use and maintain Customer Designated Supplier Quality Representative Stamps for at least three customers (or as required by site size).
• Review and approve First Articles from suppliers, and perform First Articles for customer submission.
• Conduct dimensional inspections based on design records and documented AQL levels, while also performing visual inspections for obvious defects.
• Manage the disposition and control of non-conforming products, and review all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements according to AS9100 and company quality standards;

communicate with vendors as necessary.

• Identify opportunities to improve inspector productivity and support RCCA activities related to inspections.
• Assist with internal, customer, and third-party audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in inspections (preferably aerospace or medical devices sector)
• Skillful in GD&T, hands-on experience working with digital and manual calipers, various types of gages, micrometers, optical comparators, etc.
• Required to pass documented color and near vision exam.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
