JOB SUMMARY This is an Operations position responsiblefor checking oil, fluids, tire pressure and fueling all equipment.RESPONSIBILITIES Fuel every piece of delivery equipment daily.
Check all fluid levels of power equipment daily. Assist the fleetshop when needed. Work with both fleet shop and night warehousemanagement to ready equipment for use.
Wash trailers per FSQAschedule Keep parking lot clean and free of debris. Support thenight truck spotters to organize the truck yard.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation High school diploma or General Education Development(GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience 1-3 months related experience and / or training.Professional Skills Ability to read and comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Able to write simplecorrespondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one andsmall group situations to customers, clients, and other employeesof the organization.
Can add, subtract, multiply, and divide intoall units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, anddecimals. Apply common sense understanding to carry outinstructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Deal withproblems involving several concrete variables in standardizedsituations. Learn to drive and back-up tractor-trailers andstraight trucks.
