The Break Relief Operator III ensures our product meets company safety, legality, and quality standards by providing relief coverage across key operational roles, including case erector, packer, mixer, and palletizer.
This role requires adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) policies.
Key responsibilities include accurate documentation, compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work area to support a safe production environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Provides break relief coverage for the following positions : Case Erector / Packer, Dough Mover, Mixer, Operator, Packer and Palletizer as needed.
- Learns and demonstrates full competency in performing the job functions of the various positions assigned.
- Maintains cleanliness in work area.
- Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- One year related experience and / or training
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
