To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to :

• Set up dies, fixtures or assemblies assigned to production operators in accordance with MIOSHA standards and company procedures.
• Set-up Machinery and Equipment to Run Required Jobs
• Troubleshoots equipment failures and problems with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate and complete production and quality records.
• Selects and set speed and feed of machine according to type of operations and specified material and finish.
• Starts machine to obtain first run work piece and verifies dimensional tolerances.

This Full-Time, Hourly role is a part of our Autokiniton - Oakland team and reports to the Production Supervisor.

Required experience :

Successfully complete Hi-lo, Crane and Die Setter Training Programs Within 90 days.

Education and / or Experience :

High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Technical Skills :

Hilo & Crane Certification

Mathematical Skills :

Basic Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to use a mic, calculator, caliper, tape measure, square along with other various measuring units.
