Advanced Specialty Care, P.C. is seeing a Medical Assistant to provide support and assistance as directed by licensed staff in rendering basic healthcare service to our allergy patients. On the job training!!
Our mission at Advanced Allergy & Asthma Care is to provide our patients with the highest level of care leading to improvement in quality of life.
Our highly skilled Board Certified Allergists, specialize in the evaluation and treatment of asthma, nasal and eye allergies, sinus infections, food allergies, drug allergies, skin allergies, stinging insect allergies, and environmental and seasonal allergies.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepares patient for exam.
- Patient Education.
- Allergy testing.
- Answer phones.
Skills :
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Electronic Health Records Experience.
TRAINING :
On-the-job training
Requirements :
- Travel is required for satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield, and Norwalk).
- Must have reliable transportation.
Schedule :
- Monday through Friday (36-40 hours per week).* Full-time hours.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Compensation :
- Salary based on experience.
- $2000 bonus
