As a Production Operator, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, working under the guidance of a supervisor to perform a range of tasks using small machinery and hand tools.

What You'll Do :
- Operate machinery such as 3AL, wheelabrator, wash tank, blasters, polishers, and grinders.
- Carry out routine production tasks including grinding, sanding, cleaning, and polishing objects or parts.
- Use both hand tools and power tools to correct defects and prepare surfaces for further finishing.
- Manage your time effectively, ensuring that handling time matches or exceeds cleaning time.
- Conduct machine setups, handle materials, and perform minor general maintenance as needed.
