Must haves :
One year of customer service experience. ( Example : Retail, fast food, nail or hair salon)
Great personality and friendly disposition
Responsibilities :
Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom.
Answer incoming showroom calls.
Effectively communicate appointment policy.
Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders.
Qualifications :
High school degree required.
Experience in sales and customer service.
Comments for Suppliers : Mon- Friday : am to pm. Half hour unpaid lunch
One Saturday per month. Will discuss in interview.
