DFC Company (Dakota Fence, 3D Specialties, Sign Solutions USA, Dakota Playground, Park & Play USA, Town & Country Fence, and Dakota Unlimited) is a growing specialty contractor primarily involved in residential / commercial fence, highway guardrail, fabrication, and commercial playground construction as well as traffic control and pavement marking services.
We provide services to homeowners, commercial businesses, and government entities. Our dedicated employees (our Blue Family ) work from five branches throughout ND & MN and service five states, with a wider retail presence through our national sign manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Shift and Time : Day Shift, 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm (Overtime Available)
Pay : Starting at $19.00 an hour and up
Summary :
- Assist Lot Foreman in managing material inventory and ensuring accuracy through activities like shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers.
- Collaborate with Lot Foreman and coordinators to identify project-specific material needs and stage equipment / materials accordingly.
- Pre-load or stage materials and equipment for projects, and cut materials as directed.
- Aid crews in loading materials for projects, ensuring safety and avoiding overloading equipment.
- Handle loading and unloading of material deliveries.
- Support in maintaining site facilities and equipment through tasks such as snow removal, grass cutting, truck and equipment washing, and monitoring trash removal.
- Undertake special projects as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Lot Foreman and Director of Construction
- Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
