The company has been in business over 50 years and is in need of a Territory Sales Rep. to take over an established territory in the Northern California area.
About the job :
In this position you would take over an huge existing book of business that includes Schools, Hospitals, Manufacturers, etc.
The focus will be to maintain existing accounts and to grow the business within them + add new accounts. Pretty much all existing accounts very rare cold calls.
You must be mechanically inclined and show a willingness to be hands-on, coach-able and be a team player, but also be very organized because you will be working independently.
$125K - $140K year one (includes a base salary and a commission guarantee to start.) Full benefits to include Co. car, medical, dental, vision, 401K, cell phone and laptop.
Year two $150k-$200k realistic. Approx 10% overnight travel
Requirements
- BA degree preferred, but not required
- 2+ years sales experience with a proved track record.
If you have experience selling to end users of all kinds; to include manufacturers, car dealerships, hospitals, schools / universities, nursing homes, distribution centers, malls, etc.
