Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their Richmond, VA office. They are seeking an associate that has an interest in real estate and / or real estate finance.

Responsibilities :
- Work on sophisticated real estate transactions and develop your legal skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Be a legal resource for lenders and loan servicers in the multifamily U.S. finance sector.
Requirements :
- Must have 1-4 years of real estate experience.
- Big Law firm experience is preferred.
- Barred in the State of Virginia.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials.
