OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of our project services and product offerings for one of our largest clients.
This role involves working closely with our Solutions Delivery team, customers, and internal stakeholders to set and manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
The successful candidate will possess strong agile skills, a deep understanding of product management, and outstanding communication abilities.
Summary of Position :
The delivery manager is responsible for making sure client projects are delivered successfully with an added focus on optimizing processes, helping teams work well together, and leading Agile practices.
This role will also act as a bridge between the companies’ internal delivery teams and external stakeholders, ensuring these teams collaborate effectively and the project meets stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
- Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product managers to align project goals with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Allocate and manage project resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the tools and support they need to succeed
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, encouraging feedback and innovation.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project delivery.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technology discipline
- 10-12 years of project management experience including end-to-end ownership of delivering products and solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional ScrumMaster (PSM), or similar project management certifications can enhance qualifications and demonstrate a commitment to the field.
- A strong technical background and understanding of the technologies used in Customer Care implementations including CRM, Telephony, Chat, Web and Reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and working with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Minimum travel is required based on business needs.(Launches / Go lives / Training)
- 100% Remote, must reside in AR, FL, GA, KS, MA, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, VA
