Home Service Technician/Handyman

Comfort Keepers is looking for an experienced Home Service Technician to provide handyman services to our senior clients under the company's TruBlue name.

Comfort Keepers is the Modesto area's leading provider of non-medical, in-home care services for seniors.

TruBlue and Comfort Keepers have joined forces to keep our clients safely in their homes by providing handyman / home maintenance services for them.

This role is a good fit for an experienced handyman who wants to focus on the actual work and NOT on back office processes and paperwork.

Comfort Keepers will provide all, or most, of the leads for you through the company's normal process, and your job will be to complete the job to the customer's total satisfaction.

Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman / handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community AND lead a group of technicians who will report to you.

If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a seasoned Hnadyman with the following experience :

• Bathroom upgrades / remodel
• Drywall repair / patching / caulking
• Flooring repair and installation
• General carpentry
• General home repairs and handyman work
• Kitchen repair / remodel
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Painting interior and exterior

The appropriate candidate for the Technician / Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical.

Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US, and speak fluent English
