This full-time, on-site role supports the Senior Tenant Construction Manager, ensuring smooth project execution and quality control across all construction within the center.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Possess a good understanding of utilities and metering and create a utility plan
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
Compensation : $80K plus bonus potential DOE
