We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Manager to join our team at , two apartment communities in Albertville, MN, with total units.
Position Summary :
As a Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the two properties.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
- Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
- Establish positive relationships within the community
- Be on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications :
- years of previous property management experience preferred
- Section , Section , and / or Market Rate experience preferred
- Yardi software experience preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
