What You Bring to the Team :
- Minimum of three years' experience in mortgage lending or closely related field
- Originate, process and close conventional mortgage loan types such as purchase, refinance, home equity and land purchases
- Ability to complete mortgage applications end to end
- Prepare preliminary disclosure documents
- Order title research reports, appraisals, survey and pest inspection reports
- Ability to read and understand appraisal, survey and pest reports
- Order flood certificates and tax contracts
- Ability to understand title commitments
- Preparation of closing documents
- Work closely with Title companies to prepare closing documents

Your skills and responsibilities will include negotiating mortgage and home equity loans and working toward mutual goals for the member.
