Cox Enterprises is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Technology Operations Manager to join our team. The Role : Cox Talent Acquisition ( CTA ) is responsible for connecting talent with opportunity, enabling Cox to build a better future through a shared services organization spanning all Cox companies.

The Talent Acquisition Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions to streamline and improve the talent acquisition process.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and IBT to develop and translate requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful execution. Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary department owner of and subject matter expert for talent acquisition technology platforms.
Develop and implement transitional, short and long-term detailed product visions that align with the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.
Develop strong relationships with our stakeholders and end users to better understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through future product enhancements.
Responsible for reviewing product releases and enhancements, working with stakeholders to determine priorities, and coordinating deployment activities.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and integrity of product releases through testing and validation.
Responsible for creation and delivery of talent acquisition technology learnings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Technology. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience;
a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
2+ years’ experience in Workday Recruiting, either in a configuration or implementation capacity.
Experience with Talent CRM technology (Phenom, Beamery, Avature, etc.).
Expert skills within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations, developing communications and communicating to cross-functional audiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Beamery CRM.
Experience with AI Talent Tools (Paradox, HiredScore, Entelo, etc.).
Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Experience in technical training or a technical solution design role.
Experience in Talent Acquisition.
