The Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Surgical will report directly to the Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical Unit. This role involves collaborating closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

You will also support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations, assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans, manage patient flow and resource allocation to maintain efficient unit operations, and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

The Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Surgical will possess a current RN license with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
